Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts and community platforms (Discord, Reddit, etc.).
• Communicate with players regularly, gathering and analyzing feedback.
• Organize events and campaigns, such as Discord activities, to enhance player engagement.
• Foster a positive atmosphere among community members and handle moderation.
• Develop creative content ideas and keep up with current trends.
• Collaborate with the development team to relay community feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management and social media.
• Proficiency in managing platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Advanced communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach.
• Passion for the gaming industry and working with gaming communities.
• Problem-solving abilities and experience in crisis management.
• Experience managing a gaming community.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Experience organizing events or competitions.
